Sources of phthalated gelatin

Hello all,

I have been wading through various posts on this forum regarding phthalated gelatin. I am having 'difficulty' finding a source where I can purchase a few pounds. Does anyone have information
where this can be located? Also....is phthalated gelatin obsolete, known by a different name, or - very commonly available but not explicitly identified as such (i.e. all photo gelatins - perhaps - sold are already phthalated, whether or not we use them to do emulsion washing )?

No worries. I always simply use Google. 9 times out of 10, if it's analog photography related, Photrio pops up anyway.

It's questions like this that make me think it would be helpful if members indicate in their icon their own location in the world.
No use me recommending a chemical supplier local to me if the query is from someone living on the other side of the globe.

I have looked, but no joy I am afraid.
I know what it is like looking for unusual ingredients.
