Hi,

Darkroom bulbs seem to be increasingly elusive, and wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some suppliers.

We use the same voltage bulbs here in Ireland (240V) as the UK, and although 75 watt bulbs seem accessible, I'm looking for 150 watts, which seem to be out of stock everywhere I look.

Thanks in advance for any help or pointers in the right direction,

Damien

EDIT: oops, should have said enlarger bulbs

Thanks Richard, will keep an eye on Firstcall, but was hoping to find somewhere with them in stock at the moment. Unfortunately the £100 minimum order quantity from Silverprint rules them out for me this time, although they don't seem the cheapest in any case for enlarger bulbs.

Bob - do you have a link for North American Lighting products? I found www.nalp.com, but am not sure if this is the supplier you meant, as they do not seem to have any online store of any sort.

Thanks for the links,

Damien

Um, shouldn't you use 230V lamps? North American voltage is 120V, while we have 230V in Europe. Buying an out of specs lamp will mean it will die very quickly. Or does NALP actually stock 230V opal lamps?

Thanks for the replies guys, will try Fotoimpx (pity retrophotographic is no longer..)
