Hi all,

My attempts at revitalizing the curtains of my 4x5 speed graphic has failed and they remain full of tiny pin holes. Does anyone know of a source for curtain material that is large enough to cover the needs for a 4x5 shutter? (roughly 6 inches by 8 feet).

Thanks!

There are usually 1 or 2 on ebay. The NOS military one seems expensive (in relation to the price for a camera)

I would want some user reports regarding the other one.

I’ve purchased the silk curtain material from the latter merchant for 35mm curtains and have been happy with the quality. Not sure about the polyester fabric but I’d be inclined to trust them based on my previous interactions.

Mostly trying to get away with not paying $80 for a pretty dumb scheme to get this attached as a shutter for my other 4x5 🤣
