I have a new favourite photographic subject, our four month old puppy. It's often difficult to find him in the right mood for having his photo taken. He can be too hyperactive or too sleepy. About an hour ago, he was in just the right temperament. Not only that, but he was in the best place he could be with regard to the direction of the sun, and the light itself was great, especially for autumn. So, with a handful of liver treats, I set up the Hasselblad with 150mm lens and shot a quick roll of Acros. The other thing in my favour was that the temperature in the darkroom was about 19.5 C, ideal for quickly getting to 20 C. So I mixed up some FX-55 and the negatives look great. I love it when it all comes together so smoothly.
