Solution to 80mm Mamiya 645 leaf shutter lens not firing

After feeling like I had lost the function of my leaf shutter and flash synch on my Mamiya 80mm lens, I figured out the problem-the shutter release port on the lens had loosened one or two turns. Twisted it tight and poof-works like a charm. Thought I would post in case someone else stumbles upon the same problem-check the shutter release terminal before loosing hope!
