Is there any reason I can't make up say 5-liters of "C", store it in a wine box bladder, and dispense as needed?
 
The package is designed to make 33 liters total. Mixing up a stock solution @ 10x strength would be sweet. 3.3 liters would fit nicely in the box.

A stock used 1+9 would be easier to measure and more accurate than 1/6th of a teaspoon for a single roll run of 120.
 
Given that, I think I'll try for a 50x solution to keep the math easy, that's 660ml of stock and 5ml of stock will make 250ml of working solution.
