Solida II, worth fixing up?

A friend bought a very dusty musty box of cameras for a few bucks at an auction. Mostly plastic instamatic type stuff. More interestingly a 1910 Kodak folder, but the bellows are perished. and a Solida II. In decent shape, as is the case it was in.
The lens looks pretty funky, and the shutter speeds are off (1/4 sec takes about 2 seconds).
Anyone familiar with this camera? I’ve not done any camera re-furbishing. Is it worth it to give this one a try.
I’ve looked at the manual on Butkus, so I know basic capabilities of the camera.

The Franka Solida is a fantastic little camera. Especially with the Schneider Radionar lens but the Frankar lens is no slouch. Whether it's worth fixing or not tottaly depends upon its current condition, but, it is all there and basically working, yeah, I'd say it is definitely worth fixing.

I have a Solida II amongst my collection of folders, mine has the Ennagon lens in a prontor svs shutter, and it is a fine camera, the lens is very shard stopped down to 8 or 11, I have taken some fine photos with it is one of my favorite folders, The prontor shutter is reasonably easy to service all it needs is a shutter service and should be good to go, on the other hand if the fast speeds, 1/30 and above are working then maybe just dry firing the shutter a lot could bring the slow speeds up to speed again, I know when I got mine the slow speeds were sticky while the faster speeds were spot on, and just dry firing each slow speed in turn got them all working and just using the cam

I have a SolidaIII in similar condition but don't know how to regenerate the slow and sticky shutter either.
