I know this is a long shot but I was wondering if you still have the 'Canon C-8 Wide Attachment 67'?

Due to a number of operational concerns, we, the moderation team, would greatly prefer it if those who start Classifieds threads do not delete the original information included in any Classifieds thread posting.
If there are some exceptional reasons why you need to have that content redacted, we would be happy to consider them if you so request.
While I've mentioned this in this thread, I'm not intending to single out the OP - rather this is intended to speak to subscribers in general.

Also, indicating that an item is no longer for sale can easily be done by removing the "For Sale" tag and replacing it with "Sold":

This way, it won't pop up when people filter the ads for items that are listed as "for sale" and it'll be clear to everyone the item is no longer available.
