Up for sale is a very nice looking Voigtlander Bessa II with the 105mm Color Skopar f/3.5 lens.
The Good: The lens is clean with only some dust visible in bright light. The shutter works at all speeds- may be slightly slow at 1 second. The bellows don't leak light (flashlight/film tested). Rangefinder seems true and accurate. Viewfinder is fairly clear and the rangefinder patch is visible. Top plate and other parts of the body of the camera is fairly clean, just some leatherette fading on the rear door. I've ran 10-12 rolls through this camera and never had any issues with it.
The Bad: The camera has a repair in the take-up spool area, visible when you open the camera (see pictures). Does't seem to affect the film travel otherwise. There is some visible haze in one of the viewfinder windows.
Quirks: you must use the release button to open AND close the camera. You have to slightly pull on the retractable "stand" tab to open the camera while pressing the release button. I've had a few Bessa II's and they all seem to have similar quirks of this nature, just mentioning it.
Overall a good condition user camera I'm selling for $225 + $12 shipping in the US (International buyers I can quote an exact price, contact me)
