80mm f/2.8 Rodenstock-Heligon in shutter and focus mount for Graflex XL.

The glass is clean without fungus or scratches, but does have a small amount of separation. The separation has not affected photos in any way I can see, but mileage may differ. The shutter is functioning properly by ear, but has not been timed analytically. 1 sec may be a bit slow. The focus mount is working well in my XL. This lens is very sharp, and is a six element design, similar to Planar and Xenotar.

I am asking $250 $200+ $15 shipping in CONUS. Actual Shipping elsewhere.

Here are pics of the lens:

Could you capture the separation in a photo?
Is it in the front or rear?

HI

Thanks for your interest.

The separation is quite minimal as shows in the 2nd photo of my original post as a light discoloration, or in this photo as some bluish rainbow colored areas that resemble oil on water. Look just below the serial number and beginning of the Rodenstock name.
Also, the separation is confined to the front element block, nothing on the rear.

All the best,

Paul
