During my last trip to Japan I found this fairly pristine semi-rare version of the Petri Racer with the cocking level jammed, and figured I could get it fixed and CLA'd with the help of a camera repair guy that I've used for years in Seoul. It honestly appeared the camera was just used a half-dozen times before simply put in a safe place for several decades. The camera shoots absolutely great now and I recently shot a few rolls through it without a hitch. Rangefinder unit is spot on. Rear-cocking and shutter work great. Lens has a slight amount of dust inside with no marks, mold, or scratches on the elements. Shutter speeds appear to be quite accurate. Focusing is butter-smooth. Aperture also turns super smoothly. Camera comes with UV filter and lens cap.
