Good morning,

I picked this up and spent the evening detailing the body & lenses with a toothbrush, q-tips and some rubbing alcohol. My life is terribly exciting at the moment.

It didn't have batteries in it when I picked it up on thursday, so I was nervous about buying it. When I got it home, I was excited to learn that everything came back to life quite nicely when I put batteries in it. The shutter sounds about 1 second at 1 second. The meter appears to meter in line with my DSLR.

It cleaned up real nice. The only blemish is on the back, where you place your right thumb when shooting. Otherwise, it's a fairly nice little kit. The 50mm lens is Minolta. The 28mm and the telephoto zoom are "JCPenny", which I have never seen before. The lenses are clear, the apertures are clean. The tele might have some clouds in it, it's difficult for me to say... When the light catches it 'just' right, I think I see some ghosting through the front element.

I'm looking for $125, shipped to conus for the kit. I'll invoice through Paypal and supply a tracking number.

Not pictured is a Vivitar flash, a small Minolta bag which would fit the body and a lens and a few rolls of film, and a Minolta Strap that I don't think came with this camera. I also have the manuals that came with the camera and the lenses.

I believe that JC penny's lenses were re-badged minolta's. They were not Minolta's pro line, but the next step down.
