Mamiya 645 Pro/Pro TL 220 film insert with case. It should also work with m645, 1000s and 645E models.

Perfectly functional; I recently sold my Mamiya Pro, so I no longer need this insert. I have Mamiya Sekor lenses that I'll be listing separately. update - all lenses have been sold

Good luck with this. If I didn't already have one, I would pick this up for completeness, even though I have no access to 220 film.
 
you can remove a small piece and it will work as a 110 film holder! i think it is a triangular part on the left side of the cassette
 
Typo? It will work as a 120 linsert, not 110. I've seen something on a website about it. Tried it. Works.

As I recall, the thing you have to remember is that the counter will keep counting as if it contained a roll of 220. But it starts at the correct spot for 120 film.
