This is a somewhat rare Leitz filter adapter which will adapt Leica Summitar filters to lenses that take A36 size filters such as the famous Leica 5cm F3.5 collapsible Elmar (and I can imagine many of the copies of this lens). This is code named SOOTF and was made by the equally rare Leitz New York. The condition is used as shown, but working fine Price: $15 plus shipping
