I don't know much about this camera nor the line. What I can tell you is this:
light tight, not leaks (only shot 1 roll with it)
shutter works but slow speeds are slower (but consistent) and fast speeds seem okay
take up spool accounted for
camera body is really nice, no issue leatherette is intact
lens is clear of fungus but has (minor) front element cleaning marks
meter is responsive
case is in good condition
The person that knows this camera (line) will know how to make it an everyday shooter. It seems great I've just moved on from 35mm to make it a project.
$44 to me, that covers Paypal and shipping in the US only.
