I listed this board a while back but it didn’t sell properly because of the Copal 0 hole being undersized and the board being overly thick at the lens mounting hole. With all the Covid downtime I finally found the time to chuck the board up in my lathe and re-bore the hole and create a counter bore for the retaining ring. I’m 99% sure this board fits a Graphic View camera. It measures 4”x4” with a 5/8” deep recess. The board is 1/8” thick with a approximately 3/16” wide rabbet. There is some minor pitting in the counter bore that appear to be casting imperfections. These don’t affect the functionality of the board.

$20 including shipping with in the US and PayPal fees. If you have any questions or want to buy the board please Start a conversation.

Doh! I need one of these recessed boards for my Graphic View, but I needed a 30.5mm hole for the Optar WA 90mm f6.8 lens. That's probably the size of the hole before you widened it. Still, I think the retaining ring will be able to cover a Copal 0 hole, or else perhaps I can find or make some kind of 30.5mm thin metal washer. The space for the lensboard is 4x4 on the Graphic View, but the lensboards themselves that I have are 3 31/32" square. Is it possible to file two sides of that board down just a tad so it will fit?

Sale pending, but to answer your questions I'm not sure what the original hole was for, it varied, but was approximately 33 mm, so my thought was to clean it up to a Copal 0. 4x4 is the nominal size, it's actual measurement is about 0.003" under. It could certainly be filed down if it to snug.
