@mibsimg I've been looking for the disks for quite some time, but haven't found them. I can promise you that if you buy the lens, and I find the disk(s), I will offer them to you first.

The lens can be mounted on a Shanel 5A shutter with a threaded adapter, or a Packard shutter can be used. I have the Shanel shutter, but not the adapter.
If I find a complete lens, I will list it.
