Going through some boxes, came across these two bodies. I know that one is marked for a broken winder and is missing the wind lever assembly. The second is marked as 'fast speeds slow- 1 stop' or such. I actually think that this is a 'functional' camera all in all.
Simply want them to go to someone who can use them for parts or wants to play with an LTM rangefinders. Please let's not get into a lot of specific questions and such?
One has a bad dent in the top plate at the winder end. The other has a pretty clean top plate except for brassing on the meter high/low dial for some reason (left eyed shooter rubbing it with nose?). One has nice bright framelines, the other has faint framelines with a double image? Meter on body with broken winder reacts nicely; meter on other body does not move.
Most likely you can combine the two, do a little cleaning and such, and end up with a decent camera. But no guarantees. If you need or want some Canon 7 parts, they would be good to have in reserve.
