This is the later version of the unmetered Prism Finder S which fits all Bronica SQ-series cameras. Finder is in excellent condition with no optical, cosmetic or functional issues.
Not much else to say, it looks and works great.

Did they make any kind of case or pouch to store the finder in? If so, do you include that?

Nope, none that I've ever seen. This finder came attached to an SQ-A body I bought several years ago and they do make caps to cover the bottom of the prism.
I don't have a cap for this finder, but KEH has one for sale here.
