Looks like it has seen very minimal use, in great cosmetic condition considering its age.
Shutter fires positively, focus is smooth, viewfinder hood opens with no resistance, CDS meter works, lenses are clean.
Comes with the original lens cap, the hard to find strap (with proprietary strap lugs) and leather case, which does have some wear and missing stitching at top.

This is one of the best TLRs around, and this is one the nicer examples.
