That's nice and clean. Looks like it would fit a Voigtlander or Kodak, but probably not my Zeiss Ideal (different back mount).
 
I think that plate holders for the Certosport camera are similar to the "C", "E" and "I" models (please check it with the image).
If so, this adapter most probably will fit in your Certosport camera.
I can't be 100% sure. But you can buy it and send me it back if is not useful for you.
