No-name, I estimate it to be about 135mm f/3.3.
Glass is in good shape, hood has a dent. No mold or fungus, just some dust.
Radial drive works, two screws are missing from the attachment point.
No flange, but I hot-glued it to a Wehman board and it held nicely.
Image circle of about 5.5" so minimal movements on 4x5.
