Solas Gallery Seattle upcoming show

What sounds like an interesting collection is coming on view in June for anyone in the Seattle area.

I was able to check out the show.

For those who have not been to Solas. It is small. It is housed in a building with a few other small galleries. The majority of the prints were from something called the Magnum "friends and founders" portfolio. I have not googled that on the Magnum site yet. The really cool part I.m.h.o were the large Eiko Hosoe photogravures. I had never seen any of these in person before and honestly photogravures in general had not been on my radar.

I will keep an eye on Solas and try to attend more shows.
