Solarol developer dilution and capacity?

I can't seem to find any instructions for Solarol developer. A can of the stuff costs about $70 CAD and makes just shy of 2 L of stock solution. It apparently has a good shelf life as a stock solution.

How is it normally diluted? Can you re-use the working solution for multiple printing sessions?

Given that I normally use 2 L of developer in a 16x20 tray, it seems like this stuff would be pretty darn expensive to use one-shot.

Hi Adelorenzo,
There are not much information available for this product.

Based on the info available on the pouch, it is a 1:1 dilution. The can container has been replaced by a flat-pack sealed foil-bag.
The stock solution should keep is around 2 months when stored in optimal condition (glass bottle with a good stopper and as few air as possible within).
Forget about the working solution when a good black cannot be obtained in 2 minutes.

It's all I got. To reach the instruction sheet, I would have to open it...

pinch of sodium sulfite
144 g of Metol
450 g of Sodium Sulfite
420 g of Sodium Carbonate
56g of Sodium Bromide


this is stock

to make working add 1 part water.

I have never heard of this product before, but reading up on it, I'm definitely intrigued to try it = hopefully really soon!
