#13 is sharp in the very narrow plane of focus, which is behind (past) the front surface of the house at the very top, and the leaves on the ground are nice and sharp as you follow the plane of focus down (it's in front or closer to camera due to camera tilting down for shot).
#14 is soft but again wide open on an 80/2.8 is pretty shallow depth of field AKA depth of focus, so a lot of the tree branches look soft. They're just out of focus.
#15 is soft due to out of focus for all the branches I can see. Looks like you focused on infinity?
#5 and untitled look sharp as they did before...just very shallow focus again.

Or am I entirely mis-interpreting your critical level of sharpness?

To me #13 isn't as sharp as I think the camera/lens is capable of compared to my 35mm or 4x5 results. As you point out with 2.8, this was I think either f2.8 or 4. I think 15 might be camera shake or bad focusing. I distinctly remember infinity was just past the trees (for both 14 and 15). I agree though Untitled and $5 look very sharp. That's why I think it's perhaps mirror slap that's getting me. The images I took a month or so ago was out in bright sun where I was able to use faster speeds and, though I was hand-holding, I didn't get the sharpness I'd expect.

Knowing the camera is capable of sharp images though makes me happier for sure. It's been a fun camera, though it's been a hard one to learn (compared to even 4x5). Perhaps part of it also is the need for a WLF - the prism isn't amazingly bright.

To no discredit to the 1000s given the above (since I think, apart from maybe mirror slap, the soft results may very well be the photographer - aka me  ) but I did find a decent deal on a Bornica SQ-A. I put up my 1000s for sale but if I end up having both for a while, I think I'm gonna try to do some A/B tests.
