I want to try my hand at mixing my own developer, GSD-10. It calls for Sodium Carbonate, but doesn't specify anhydrous or monohydrate, can anyone help? Thanks.

Not familiar with GSD-10, but the best bet is monohydrate. First, there is not so much difference. Second, anhydrous tends to become monohydrate upon exposure to humid air. If the initial activity is not what was expected with the monohydrate, add 15% more.
