So why do people keep complaining about Rocky Mountain Film Lab?

Sometimes I find exposed film older than that that I set aside years ago and forgot to process. It adds an element of surprise to see what’s on there.

This gives me hope! I sent in 8 or so old rolls of 16mm film almost 3 years ago (and payment was taken) and have yet to get anything. An employee named Jill called me in May. She had heard my message on the VM box (which is full now) and called me. She could find where I had paid, but she could not find any trail of my films...they had not been entered into their system. I am still hopeful that she will look into it for me. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, it's the one I linked! It makes me really sad actually... the owner of the business must be really demented or psychologically challenged to not address the distress he is causing to tens of people across the US...
I'd love to see him defend himself in court... maybe someday soon!
