Have you seen the light meter apps that can be used for analog photography? I put together an update to my roundup from last year - including a few words on effectiveness and a new app that was just recently released.

Have you considered virtual viewfinders for apps used for pinhole photography?

I like Pinhole assist, it also includes reciprocity and gives you correct exposure times
