I have some spray dry lubricant. What is the trick when applying it with a qtip onto parts? Spraying it into a plastic bag so it doesn't dry quickly? Because spraying out in the open it dries pretty much immediately. Is there a slower drying lube fortified with moly or graphite that gives me a little time to work with and maybe even spreads around in the gears before drying fully?
I’m not sure what you have, but this worked pretty well for freeing up the slow speeds on one of my Copal shutters. https://www.super-lube.com/dri-film-lubricant-with-syncolon-ptfe. I was able to spray it into a small plastic cap and it stayed liquid long enough to apply with a qtip.
I bought some "dupont non-stick dry-film lubricant" in a squeeze bottle. The fine print says it's made by finish line. So it's basically the dry wax type bike chain lube.
