Sizing Liquid

I know a lot has been discussed about sizing but always about sizes with US products which are not easy to find locally (Belgium)
I bought a product made locally by an international company Soudal Pro 30D PVAc.
Would this be like Gamblin Size (US) and Gesso (also US) or equivalent and what dilution if it can be used as a sizing for Gum Printing Multi Layers.
Anyone with experience with this would be welcome to answer, Thanks!

i use Gesso diluted 50% ,PVA is in fact PVA so it should be the same ,gesso can be find quite easlly in all artists shops like Lucas and schleiper but there should be a lot more ( i am also living in Belgium and doing gumprint)
