Sinar Sinar Expolux

Hi,
Can someone tell me what a Sinar Expolux tri-color shutter system is. I have seen these on Ebay and am curious. All of my large format work is Color Separation and I am wondering if one of these gadget could be useful.

IIRC it is a 3-color system that is used with a scanning digital back. It probably plugs into the scanning back, you may not be able to control it yourself...
