I would like to buy a set of 100x100 filters for my bw photography. I'm searching on ebay and Sinar filters have a lowest price. What is reason for that? Are Lee or Hitech filters much better? Thanks

When new, they were probably, like all Sinar products, very expensive. I have not used them, but I would think they are probably very good. Sinar was known for very precise and expensive large format studio cameras.

Just like Sinaron lenses, which were made by Rodenstock, I don't think Sinar ever made filters themselves. A long time ago, I was told that Sinar filters were re-branded Hitech. I sold most of my Sinar filters a couple of years ago, but still have some holders, adapter rings, etc. Let me know if you're interested.
