Sinar Expolux cables

Does anyone have for sale or know where I can buy a Sinar Expolux release / automatic cable, 522.21.032, or the Sinar controller serial interface cable, 522.21.034? I understand the latter cable is supposed to be supplied with the Palm controller but it is missing from the box.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
