Hi all, my Hy6-65 seems to have some sync problems when used with 80mm lenses (why those ones, I do not know). DW Photo indicated it could be a firmware issue with the eSprit 65 back. I upgraded (with software I had found long ago on the Sinar.ch website) from 1.029 to 1.041, but the problem still happens.
Since Leica took over Sinar, all support for the old Sinarbacks has been removed from their website, and their suppory contractor (macconsult.de) refuses to answer any question related to the eSprit (“we did not make it”…)
What is the latest version of the firmware for the eSprit series, and where would one find it?
