Sinar Assembly - Lensplate to Lensshade

I just bougth a complete Sinar P but cannot figure out how to attach the lensshade/compendie to the lensplate.

Can anyone tell me what to do - or am I missing some part in between the two ?

Ok,

You need two things, a bellows rod and a bellows rod clip. The clip goes on the bellows, and the rod is a hexegonal rod. If you notice right below were the lensboard goes is a hexegonal hole with a black thumb screw perpendicular to it. The rod slides in the hole and the thumb screw tightens down to hold the rod. The rod then goes to the bellows clip. If you have a long enough bellows rod, it can go all the way to the front of the lenshade bellows, where it goes through another bellows clip. Or you can use a multipurpose standard to hold the front of the lens shade.

It works the same way with the universal bellows. If this doesn't help, I can take some picture tomorrow which would make it all clear.

For the bellows clip (also called a bellows holder.) You should have two of these, one for each end of the bellows, unless you're using a multi-purpose standard to hold the front of the bellows.

Today i went back to the seller, who had this hex rod.

this did the trick
