I have a F1 4x5 with a P2 8x10 rear I will be selling once I glue on some new levels. One corner of the bellows has some pinholes though.

There are basically 3 types: the original model, the f-model and the p-model.

look at the sinar norma. I have it in 4x5, 5x7, and 8x10. If you can find one in good shape you will not be disappointed.

An 8x10 norma with a sinar tilt/head and some big legs is the business.

Not to me it isn't - he has some hard to find pieces and I have thought about buying some... But the prices are nuts.

you might try posting a wtb over at large format photography forum. Also, you can get a 4x5 norma kit (easier to find) and buy an 8x10 format kit which consists of 8x10 rear standard and bellows. Then you would have 4x5 and 8x10

Also, the metering back is more recent, and it is easier to find bellows and accessories for it. I have a non-metering back on my 8x10" P, and would have been better off with the metering back, even if I don't have much interest in the meter. The non-metering back takes the same size bellows as the 8x10" Norma. The metering back is larger.

I want one...

I got one. 8x10 Sinar P, two lens boards, 18" extension rail. All in very good condition.

I'm not at home for a couple of weeks and if you're still interested maybe we can work it out.

Unless you find something that works for you I'll get back to you then.

Oh, a couple of years ago I offered it in the Classifieds, perhaps the pictures are still their.

A quick search of Classifieds produced Bruce's ad:

(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

There you go....

Since then I've added an 18" extension so it comes with original 12 plus 18.
