This is a specialized lith printing developer that works on modern papers, giving especially good results on Ilford RC and all Foma papers. This is based on my series of experiments with ModernLith, details available here: https://grainy.vision/modernlith

This formula specifically is a greatly simplified and not fully optimized version of "ModernLithC1", a commercial formula I'm working on. This formula also has very poor tray life, though good shelf stability.
