I forgot my Silverfast login and password, but the forum is not functioning now so I can't send a message to the forum administrator. Catch-22.
I have emailed Silverfast support directly several times but all I get are non-responses. I am about to start an eval of Silverfast, and I just know that I'll have lots of questions that I would want to post on the forum, but I can't.

I don't know, but when I went to download the latest version of Silverfast AI Studio today, I saw that it was less than 2 weeks old. Support forum is down for me too; I don't recall whether it was very active even when it was available.

I haven't used the Silverfast forums for quite awhile now, but you can find a lot of help via numerous topic-specific videos posted on their website. I've never looked, but I'd bet there are numerous videos on YouTube, too.
I recently PM'd them on FB about the forum, and they responded that:
1.) the forum does not accept new posts, and will not in the future
2.) they had to take the site down completely, and they don't know when it will be back up again
and
3.) contact them directly for support questions

Yeah, I exchanged several emails with someone in support, and I got answer #3. But they said nothing about the future of the forum. I'm amazed. Silverfast is both expensive and complex, and a user forum is an ideal way for people to discuss issues and share ideas. Why would Silverfast NOT want to have an active forum? I dunno
