Silverfast Ai Studio - Use of iSRD Feature

Has anyone used Silverfasr Ai Studio for scanning ad specifically the iSRD (Infrared Dust and Scratch Removal) feature? This iSRD feature is reported to remove scratches from negatives. I have tried it but cant seem to get the feature to work properly.

After clickng on the iSRD icon and adjusting the settings, what am I supposed to do? Do I click on the Scan button?
