Silberra store.

Has anyone here ordered from the Silberra store website? Back on 3-13-18 I placed an order for some Silberra 200 b&w film. I received a notice the transaction went thru and would be followed by an email with the tracking number. When checking my account it gives all the order info except an indication that it has shipped.

Tried emailing at least three times asking for a shipping update and have not received a reply. I realize it's a new company and they have been sending film to their backers. I'm just anxious to try out the film.

Such delivery times are normal with russian post/customs. For example, some parcels from US ebay I received after 6 months, common times are 2-3 months.
