Shutterbug says there's a resurgence in film

Nevermind film photography. I had no clue Shutterbug was still around...the whole "massive monthly mess of ads" thing went out with the dodo, I thought.

I had a look but in terms of presentation I had lost the will to live after about 1 min. After two mins I had spent a fortune on a transatlantic call to Joe van Cleeve offering to pay him to take over the broadcast. OK it wasn't aimed at me or anyone of my generation but does this presage the future of broadcasting style? I think the answer is NO. It is even worse than that - it represents the present

I liked the video presentation Erik Wahlstrom made; I thought it was very good advice for those wanting to begin film photography.

The presentation seemed very congenial.
