Shutter test (in San Francisco)

Does anyone have a shutter tester that I can use? I live in San Francisco and would prefer someone who does also (I don't have a car). I would like to test the shutters in my three lenses.

i'm down the road a ways but within a few blocks of samtrans buss stop.
they're easy to build and use also.
