It seems that shutter leaf material is available from packard. Hopefully this can help someone out:

"Metal and .035 Plastic Blades available upon request"

As you may recal, my old folding camera shattered its blade, and had a VERY old Pronto shutter....Needless to say, I couldn't find the proper replacement anywhere. I wound up having to find a larger shutter, make a tracing of the one leaf onto the larger one, then cut it out.
Although Im not sure what the thickness of most material is; you could get enough to make a new, matching set Im sure.
