Last night I installed new Turner Bellows, 3 set's for 72" of extension. My first ULF camera. It's shown 10 feet in the air. I am very happy with my new bellows and look forward to shooting studio work with it. That's an unused 5x7 back on it, I am waiting on a modded 11x14 back and holders.

I made new DIY GG's for the 4 backs I have, thanks to Ian Grant's instructions. Thanks again Ian!

Finding a second center frame was a lucky find from a member here. Kinda rare, I think.

you should sell tickets--that thing will be a big D R A W!

Now you put on that L O N G lens and take advantage of that extension. No kidding--when them things are full opened up like that, you can crawl in there and use it to sleep in if times get tough.

hi randy

did you get a recomar kodachrome 35 roll film holder for that camera ?

i think it would be very funny to only shoot only 35mm with that beast ..
and it comes with its own ground glass

Had to look that up!

Great idea, I'll shoot 35mm macro pano, with 1"x14" images.

Back to the workshop...

Maybe I'll get hybrid with D7000 and 72" of extension. Gadzooks!

What did Turner charge for the work? How long of a wait? Looks great!

Randy, just saw your BEAUTIFUL! Deardorf.Man, it really brings back memories, the first time I saw one was at the old Winona school of photography. Merle Deardorf and Art Pohlman were demonstrating studio product photos with a 32" lens for the class (pretty neat to see a couple of legends in action). The next time I saw one was at Western Auto home office photo studios and I got to use it( made me get familiar with bellows extension and reciprocity failure formulas),really loved every minute of it. Good luck with your beauty....

Thanks! It does like 30 and 35" inch lenses. It is always a pleasure to use. I am even shooting 5x7 macro with it. Basically it can do anything indoors...
