We are having an exhibition at the end of this month in Riverside, CA.
I managed to procure some free commercial space (2000 sq. ft), musicians, and am working to get more donated items for free raffle/door prizes, wine and anything else I can think of to attract people.

There's also going to be a live global podcast of the musical guests from what the music coordinator told me.
It'll be at www.justin.tv/mangobang

They'll probably interview a few or all of us as well...I'll try to get them to cruise through our exhibit

Good luck and sell lots of prints.
For those coming to see the show it should be wonderful, I know a number of the photographers on the walls and they all have great work to show. As for Matt, be sure that you will be treated well, he is a fine host when it come to having this kind of an event. I wish you all well.
Sorry the tip from Santa Fe (not springs) is a bit long so I will sit with a glass of wine (or 2) and toast you all on opening night.

As I am going somewhat crazy, I may say the hell with the show and join you Jan...

Galleano Winery just donated two cases of wine, and an employee to serve it...If everyone gets a good enough buzz, maybe the credit cards will come out easier. Of course I'm, er, kidding...

Thanks to all who have expressed interest in the show. This is an interesting undertaking and my cudo's to Matt for organizing this and for including my work in the show. I am thankful really, as he knows what happens to me when the wine appears! I hope to meet many of you.

Okay, me too! I just finished my last print. It is an 11x14 carbon transfer and it looks sweet if I do say so myself! If anyone wants to see some carbon transfer prints I will have 4 8x10's and 2 11x14's on display at the show along with several Azo contact prints and Silver Gelatin prints. There will be several different alternative process prints on display for all to enjoy ( and purchase if you like). Hope to see many of you there.

Hi Jim, what day and time do you think the people that are showing prints will be there to met and talk too. Want to take my daughter with in hope's she will get the bug,I have enough equipment too get her started with out her geting to much of the G.A.S.

Mike, I will be there the whole time. Friday night is the opening but all day Saturday and Sunday during the day would more than likely be a good time to get some face time with us. I would love to meet you and hopefully inspire your daughter. I will have the 11x14 set up and on display. You are guaranteed to have a good time. Hope to see you there.

thanks Jim, I'm still negotiating with her ,said some thing about rock climbing ,so I'll wait and see.
