Depending on when they show them Matt, as Im usually busy on Sundays doing the live streaming for my own church, and when I get home, have to edit and render the saved file back to their Youtube Channel. Sundays are pretty busy for me.

They could do that, but the whole point of me going is to get my own recording of it. My friend's daughter is also singing in it in the choir, so there is that incentive to go as well.

Looks like they have their own YouTube channel!
The point being, that the live stream may give you early information about lighting and Subject Brightness Ranges, which in turn could inform your choice of film and EI.
Light looks reasonably even - who knows how much of it though.
