I have been trying to locate the shen hao company web site googling up every combination involving the camera's name and I simply can't find it. Is there anyone here who could let me know, please?

I know I can be pretty hopeless -so my wife keeps saying- but I had tried www.shen-hao.com (among other things) and nothing had come up. Thank you.

The site can be extremely slow a lot of the time. Luckily, they seem to have got rid of the Flash version - that was 10 times worse...

Their server is down; maybe they turn it off at weekends to save on gas?
