Shelf life of WD2D+ ?

I just found my two bottles of WD2D+ and it appears that neither bottle has been used BUT there is some corrosion around one of the bottles indicated they MAY have been opened at some point.

One of the solutions has a light rust color to it exhibiting oxidation...Both bottles were not exposed to sunlight.

Should I do a clip test or am I pretty good/safe to go?

You don't mention how old the two solutions are.
