Ole was right. There are as many answers as there are photographers! It is interesting to see what different photographers have settled on (for the time being :smile:

It reinforces the thought that you need to master your materials (whatever they are), and are able to consistently produce the pre-visualized image.

Efke 100, Efke 25, FP4 and TMY 5x7 and 8x10 sheet film all developed in Pyrocat MC that I mix from scratch.

Tri-x in Wd2d+ for 35mm and 120.
Tri-x in Pyrocat MC for 8x10. I just tried it and I'm amazed by this !
Tri-x in Rodinal for 8x10 (before pyrocat experience...)
