When I shot 4x5 I loved my Schneider APO 210mm f/5.6. That was a beauty of a lens.
A bit shorter and a bit faster is the 5" (127mm) Kodak Ektar f/4.7 that you find on a lot of Crown Graphics. Small, compact, and VERY sharp.

A nice small lens is a 135mm f5.6 Symmar, I love mine (actually it's re-badged as a Caltar S-II) which I seem to remember buying off Thomas
